Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Promotion period

   This promotion is valid from the date the advertisement is first published and ends on 30 June 2026. All enquiries, viewings, and lease agreements must be finalised and signed on or before 30 June 2026 to qualify. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

2. 2. Eligibility

   This offer is open to new tenants only. Individuals or companies who currently hold, or have previously held, a tenancy or licence agreement with The Work Boulevard at any of its locations are not eligible. The offer is non-transferable and may only be redeemed once per individual or company entity.

3. 3. Eligible offices

   The "up to 2 months free" offer applies to select private offices only, as determined by The Work Boulevard at its sole discretion. Not all private offices or locations are participating in this promotion. Eligible offices will be confirmed upon enquiry and are subject to availability at the time of lease signing.

4. 4. Minimum contract term

   To qualify for this promotion, tenants must enter into a private office licence or lease agreement with a minimum term of 24 months (2 years). Agreements of a shorter duration are not eligible for this offer. The contract commencement date must be on or before 1 August 2026.

5. 5. Offer value

   The "up to 2 months free" benefit provides a rent-free period of up to two (2) calendar months, applied at The Work Boulevard's discretion based on the office selected and the agreed lease terms. The rent-free period will be applied as a credit against the first or last month's licence fee (as agreed in writing at the time of signing). The offer applies to the base licence fee only and does not cover any separately charged services, utilities, facility fees, deposits, or applicable taxes.

6. 6. How to redeem

   To redeem this offer, contact The Work Boulevard directly to arrange a viewing and reference this promotion at the time of enquiry. The promotional benefit will be documented in the licence or lease agreement upon signing. Verbal claims made after signing will not be honoured.

7. 7. Combination with other offers

   Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, introductory rate, or preferential pricing unless expressly agreed in writing by The Work Boulevard.

8. 8. Availability

   This offer is subject to availability of qualifying private offices at the time of lease execution. The Work Boulevard reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. 9. Deposit and standard terms

   Participation in this promotion does not waive any standard lease requirements, including the payment of a security deposit, advance rent, or execution of The Work Boulevard's standard licence agreement. All standard terms and conditions of tenancy apply.

10. 10. General terms

    This promotion is subject to The Work Boulevard's standard Licence Agreement and any applicable house rules, which are available upon request. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the standard Licence Agreement, these promotional terms shall prevail only with respect to the specific promotional benefit described herein.

11. 11. Governing law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
