Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Promotion period

   This offer is valid for new event space bookings confirmed between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026 ("Promotion Period"). The event itself may take place on any future date, subject to availability.

2. 2. The offer

   Eligible clients will receive 25% off the venue/event space rental rate at The Work Boulevard. The discount applies to the event space booking fee only and does not apply to food and beverage, audio-visual equipment, staffing, or any other add-on services, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Work Boulevard team.

3. 3. Eligibility

   This offer is open to new and external clients of The Work Boulevard. It is not available to existing members or clients already booking under a corporate, member, or other negotiated rate.

4. 4. How to redeem

   To redeem this offer, clients must email hello@theworkboulevard.com during the Promotion Period with their preferred event date, estimated guest numbers, and event details. Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability, and the discount will be applied at the point of invoicing.

5. 5. No minimum requirements

   There is no minimum guest count or minimum spend required to qualify for this offer.

6. 6. One redemption per client

   This offer is limited to one redemption per client/company for a single event booking during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise agreed by The Work Boulevard.

7. 7. Not combinable

   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer, or member rate. Where a client would otherwise qualify for more than one discount, only the higher-value discount will apply.

8. 8. Availability

   All bookings are subject to space availability at the time of enquiry and confirmation. The Work Boulevard reserves the right to offer an alternative space of comparable value where the originally requested space is unavailable.

9. 9. Payment and deposit

   Standard booking, deposit, and payment terms apply as set out in The Work Boulevard's event space booking agreement. The discount will be reflected in the final invoice.

10. 10. Cancellations and rescheduling

    Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. If a booking made under this promotion is cancelled, the promotional discount will be forfeited.

11. 11. Right to amend or withdraw

    The Work Boulevard reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. 12. General

    All prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated. By redeeming this offer, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to The Work Boulevard's standard booking terms and conditions.
